IT Officials Raid Offices Of Lenovo Premises Amid Tax Evasion Probe
The Income Tax (IT) official conducted raids at Lenovo offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon, claiming tax evasion. The searches were carried out on September 28, confirmed sources. Furthermore, the officials inspected laptops of Lenovo employees during the visit, one of the sources said. They also tried to contact Lenovo's senior management during and after the visit as part of the inquiry, the person added.

Income Tax (IT) raids at the BBC offices in Mumbai and Delhi, entered the third day on February 16. BBC Send Fresh E-Mails To Employees, Asks To Cooperate With IT Officials
Amid the ongoing IT-Raids at the BBC offices in Delhi and Mumbai, the US company issued a mail to all its employees of these two branches. In the February 15 mail, they asked employees to cooperate with the tax officials and answer their questions comprehensively. In addition, the BBC asked the employees to refrain from answering questions on personal income, but to answer other salary-related queries.

Hero MotoCorp IT Raid: Officials Report Bogus Unaccounted Expenses Worth Crores
In recent IT raids at Hero MotoCorp premises, officials seized unaccounted cash, documents, and other evidence of bogus purchases. As per IT officials, a farmhouse in Chhattarpur worth Rs 100 crore, accommodation entries amounting to Rs 1000 crore were found. Notably, IT searches were carried out at 40 premises of Hero MotoCorp Chairman Pawan Munjal, from March 23-26. Notably, the raids were carried out amid tax evasion allegations.

IT Concludes 3-Day Raid At Shiv Sena Corporator Yashwant Jadhav's Premises: Maharashtra
Income Tax raids at the premises of Yashwant Jadhav, a Shiv Sena leader and sitting Chairman of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Standing Committee Chairperson, concluded on the morning of February 28. IT Raids At Real Estate Company In UP, Delhi Underway
The Income Tax Department raided properties of a real estate company ACE and its promoter Ajay Choudhary, on January 4. The raids are going on in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Agra, said sources. Besides, raids are also going on at the corporate office, commercial projects of the company, and premises linked to Harsimran Singh Alagh, a promoter of the Nuova group of India.
