Japan: Rescuers Set Free 164 Ailing Dogs Crammed Into A Tiny Apartment

164 parasite-infested dogs crammed in a 30 square-metre house under shelves and under chair-tables were rescued by health officials in Izumo, Japan. The Public Health Officials had raided the house sever years ago as well when the neighbors complained of 'bad smell'. However, the owners had not cooperated at the time. Activist Kunihisa Sagami and his group are now on the move to provide foster homes and medical help to the dogs.
