In Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer district, a 25-year-old man was thrashed, stripped naked by a group of locals over an alleged love affair. The mob also chopped off the victim’s hair. After the video of the act went viral on social media, police took Suo Moto cognizance of the incident. The victim, Mukhtiyar Khan, reportedly came to meet the woman who belonged to the same community. 

Renowned Bengaluru-based biker King Richard Srinivasan was killed after his bike crashed with a camel in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer district. The incident happened on January 13 while Richard, along with his three friends, were heading to Jaisalmer at night. Reportedly, their planned expedition was set to complete on January 23 in Bengaluru. Richard had completed several bike journeys in Asia, Europe, America and Australia from Bengaluru.
