Former Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Jaswant Singh passed away at 82 on September 27. PM Narendra Modi tweeted in the remembrance of the late leader and his contribution to the party. "[Jaswant Singh] Will be remembered for his unique perspective on matters of politics and society," PM Modi said. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also expressed his grief over the demise of the veteran BJP leader.
