Olympian Javelin Thrower Shivpal Singh Banned Till 2025
Indian javelin thrower Shivpal Singh has been suspended from competing till October 2025 due to a doping violation. On October 2, Singh tested positive for the banned substance methandienone, a performance-enhancing steroid, following which the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) suspended Shivpal Singh for four years. Neeraj Chopra Fulfills Dream Of Boarding Parents On Their '1st Flight'
After making India proud at Tokyo Olympics by winning gold, Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra has on September 11 fulfilled one of his dreams as he took his parents ''on their first flight''. Chopra informed everyone on Twitter and wrote, ''A small of mine came true today". On the work front, the gold medalist is on a break but he will compete in Asian Games and Commonwealth Games in 2022.
