Encounter Breaks Out In J&K; JeM Terrorist Killed, Civilians Injured
In Jammu & Kashmir's Kulgam district, a Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces. On September 26,the police confirmed killing of JeM terrorist, two civilians and a soldier were also injured in the encounter. Security forces launched a cordon operation in Batpora following information about the presence of terrorists there, which led to an open-fire gunfight, resulting in an encounter.

3 JeM terrorist Allies Held Captive in Pulwama: Jammu & Kashmir
According to police, three terrorist allies of the terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) were arrested from Pulwama, in Jammu & Kashmir. In addition, one AK rifle, three magazines, 69 AK rounds, and one grenade were also seized from the terrorists. "The trio were working for JeM outfit and were providing logistic and transportations to terrorists in the district," read the release.
