In Jharkhand's Dhanbad, a 70-year-old visually impaired woman was allegedly raped by her former landlord, confirmed police. The incident came to light after the victim and her family registered a case with the police, against the 55-year-old former landlord, when the woman was alone. The Sudamdih Police Station registered a case and launched an investigation to nab the absconding accused. Furthermore, an investigation is also underway.
