Actor Mads Mikkelsen opened up on replacing Johny Depp in the Fantastic Beasts series and said it would be a 'creative suicide’ if he follows what Johnny Depp has portrayed. Depp was fired after the alleged accusations of domestic violence. Mikkelsen emphasized on giving the role his own touch and opined that the audience would not like it if he copies Depp. Fantastic Beasts 3 will release in July 2022.
Hollywood veteran actor Johnny Depp's Hollywood Hills residence in California witnessed an intruder, as an unidentified man was spotted in his backyard near the pool. As per reports, the intruder was showering when the local cops arrived and refused to open the door. Besides, the accused drank liquor from Depp's in-house bar. Reportedly, this is the second trespassing instance at Depp's house with last being a woman in January.

Warner Bros on November 25 confirmed the entry of Mads Mikkelsen for the 'Fantastic Beasts' franchise after Johnny Depp's exit due to a domestic abuse case. However, the series production at Leavesden Studios in London will not have scenes reshot despite Depp's exit. Reportedly, the franchise's third installment that was slated for release in November 2021 has now been scheduled to hit the theatres on July 15, 2022.

Hollywood actor Johnny Depp on November 2 lost a defamation case to the UK's tabloid 'The Sun'. Depp had sued the newspaper after he was labelled as "wife-beater" following the assault allegations by the actor's ex-wife Amber Heard. In the judgment, a High Court judge upheld the validity of the newspaper's claims. Calling Depp "violent and crazy", Heard claimed he started drinking large volumes of alcohol which made him "abusive".
