He was sentenced to three years in jail for organizing sex workers for businessmen who he wished would invest in his nightclub, though he denied the charges. K-pop sensation BTS has swept the board as 2020's most tweeted about musicians in the US for the fourth consecutive year. According to the Twitter survey, BTS ruled a whopping 6.7 billion tweets in 2020. Globally, maximum tweets about the boy band emanated from Twitter users in Indonesia and India, followed by South Korea. US: BTS' 'Dynamite' Costume Goes For $1,62,500 In Auction
South Korean pop band BTS's costumes used in music video 'Dynamite' was sold for $1,62,500 in US-based Julien's auction event on January 31. The outfits that fetched eight times the expected amount have been bought by Japanese art collector Yusaku Maezawa and YouTuber Kikakin. Snoop Dog's signed self-portrait painting stood second at $96,000. Reportedly, the auction would benefit NGO MusiCares to aid artists and music professionals.
