A major fire broke out at a 20-storeyed residential Kamala building in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The incident left 7 people dead and 16 injured. Fire Breaks Out At 20-Storey Kamala Building In Mumbai; At Least 2 Dead, 15 Injured
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation said, at least two people died after a massive fire broke out on the 20-storey Kamala building near Mumbai's Bhatia hospital, on January 22. About 15 people were injured and were shifted to hospital in the fire incident, said DCP Saurabh Tripathi. "Traffic police and local people were involved in the rescue operation," said DCP.
