Assam BJP MLA Diganta Kalita, on February 16, filed an FIR against Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao. The complaint was registered for his recent "surgical strike" remark. During a press conference, KCR demanded proof of the 2016 Uri Surgical strike from the BJP Government.
