IndiGo Staff Misbehaves With Special Child, Minister Calls For Investigation
After IndiGo airlines staff refused special needs for boarding a flight to a specially-abled child, the Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia issued a warning to the airlines. On May 9, Scindia asked for an investigation and said, "There is zero tolerance towards such behavior. No human being should have to go through this! Investigating the matter by myself, post which appropriate action will be taken".
