Karmayogi Scheme

As a noble initiative, Lucknow University (LU) has offered to provide part-time jobs to its students under the 'Karmayogi Scheme'. According to Vice-Chancellor Alok Kumar Rai, students can earn up to Rs 15,000 annually. The students will be allowed to work two hours daily for 50 days in each academic session at Rs 150 per hour. Rai also emphasized on the scheme as it will teach the students to utilize talent.
