Kidnapped

In Haryana's Bhiwani district, two men identified as Nasir (25,) and Junaid (35) were charred in a car, Bolero, confirmed police on February 17. As per sources, the two men were abducted from Bharatpur district of Rajasthan by men said to be cow vigilantes alleged to be members of Bajrang Dal. The families of the deceased registered a complaint with the police against five people of Bajrang Dal. 

In Hyderabad, a 13-year-old minor girl was gang-raped after being drugged. Kidnapped from home on September 13, the girl was taken to a OYO Hotel, where she was gang-raped, following which on September 15, the two accused identified as Niyamat and Rishabh, left her at Chandarghat. The parents of the victim filed a complaint, following which the police launched an investigation and arrested the two accused. 

The Maharashtra Police on February 6 informed that the Navy sailor who died of burn injuries on February 5 was earlier kidnapped by three people outside Chennai Airport on January 31. The deceased, identified as Surajkumar Mithilesh Dubey, a native of Jharkhand, was abducted after he left for joining INS Agrani Coimbatore unit via Chennai. A teenager was allegedly kidnapped from a police station in Uttar Pradesh's Etah district, after being rescued and raped for several days by a group of men. The girl had actually gone missing from August 14. The girl's family alleged that the girl has been kidnaped by Luv Kush, whose proposal for marriage had come and was refused. "The girl has been rescued and a case has been registered against 12 people," said SP Rahul Kumar.
