Seoul's 'Unification Minister' said that it is time to put the "never ending-war" to stop by collaboration and resuming talks from both the sides. In a Summit, Kim Jong's sister Kim Yo-Jong adviced South Korea not to point out others' mistakes and invite a proxy war. "Ending war and participating in an inter-Korea summit will happen only if South Korea shows respect," said Kim Yo-Jong on September 26.
