Kerala MLA KT Jaleel Booked For Calling PoK As ‘Azad Kashmir’
MLA KT Jaleel has been booked by Kerala police for calling Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) as “Azad Kashmir”. The complaint has been filed as per the directions from a Kerala court. Jaleel, had made a post on Facebook which read, “The part of Kashmir annexed to Pakistan was known as Azad Kashmir and it was an area where Pakistan government does not have direct control”. He later deleted that post.

Swapna Suresh Files Anticipatory Bail Plea In Conspiracy Case: Kerala
Swapna Suresh has filed an anticipatory bail plea at Kerala High Court in a conspiracy case filed against her. The case was filed by MLA and former Minister KT Jaleel. Swapna Suresh, the prime accused in Kerala gold smuggling case, was booked on June 8, on Jaleel's complaint, seeking probe into the allegations she made against him. The case was filed under Section 153 and 120B of IPC.
