India-China Border Issue: Troops To Disengage From Key Post In Ladakh

India and China have finally agreed to disengage their troops from key areas after a six-month deadlock. The move comes after the 12th round of Corps Commander level talks that took place on July 31. Although China has agreed to disengage, various friction areas remain in the region. As per sources, China has agreed to disengage from PP17A or Gogra Post, but is "not inclined" to abandon Hot Springs area.

India, China To Hold 10th Round Of Military-Level Talks On Feb 20

India and China are set to hold 10th round of commander-level talks on February 20 to discuss the disengagement process along the LAC. The meeting would be conducted at Spanggur Gap in Moldo, the Chinese side of the LAC.
