King Jong-un ruled North Korea banned its citizen from laughing for 10 days to mark the 10th death anniversary of former Supreme Leader Kim Jong II on December 16. Furthermore, citizens have been barred from drinking alcohol, shopping for groceries, celebrating birthdays, and carrying out funeral rites, as per media reports. Reportedly, the government will take strict legal action if anyone doesn't follow the rules.
