Execution & Amputation Likely To Return As Laws In Afghanistan: Taliban
In an interview with Associated Press, Taliban leader Mullah Nooruddin Turabi confirmed that Executions and Amputations will soon return as laws in Afghanistan under the Taliban regime. Mullah stated, "we will follow Islam and we will make our laws from the Quran" and justified punishments like cutting off hands as well. Fearing the return of harsh Taliban rules, many Afghans still continue to try and flee Afghanistan.
