Twitter Ex CEO Parag Agarwal To Sue Elon Musk Over Legal Dues
Former CEO of Twitter Parag Agarwal and Chief Policy Officer Vijaya Gadde is expected to sue the new owner of Twitter Elon Musk. The two former employees of the microblogging site will file a lawsuit against Musk over legal dues, claiming pending reimbursement worth $1 million. Notably, a day after Musk's take over, Parag Agarwal and Gadde were fired from their respective positions, without any prior notice.

US Judge Allows H-1B Visa Holder's Spouses To Work
In a major relief to the H1B visa holders in the United States of America, spouses of those working in the tech sector are allowed to work. US District judge Tanya Chutkan announced the judgement, dismissing a lawsuit filed by Save Jobs USA. The lawsuit was opposed by major tech companies like Apple, Microsoft and Google, which gave work authorization to approximately 1,00,000 spouses of international workers in the States.

Donald Trump Files Defamation Lawsuit Against CNN
Former United States (US) President Donald J Trump has sued media networks, CNN. The lawsuit was filed in a federal court in Southern Florida, on October 4. In his lawsuit, Trump claimed that CNN is using its influence with viewers to defame Donald Trump politically, by spreading false allegations. Notably, CNN associated Trump with Adolf Hitler, and portrayed him as a Russian racist.

US Justice Department To File Lawsuit Against Apple: Report
According to a news article published on the website Politico on August 26, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is in the first stages of crafting a prospective antitrust case against Apple Inc. Politico cited someone with firsthand knowledge of the situation. Requests for a response from Reuters were not immediately answered by Apple or the U.S. Department of Justice.

Moderna Sues Pfizer, BioNTech For Copying Their Technology For Medicine

Angelina Jolie Named As Defendant In Anonymous Lawsuit Accusing Brad Pitt Of Assault
Angelina Jolie was named as the plaintiff in an anonymous 2016 lawsuit. Her "then-husband," Brad Pitt, allegedly mistreated her on a private jet. Jolie informed an FBI agent several years ago that Pitt "physically and verbally assaulted" her and their children on the plane. Pitt was investigated for child abuse by FBI and Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services in 2016 following an incident on a private jet.

Johnson & Johnson To Discontinue Global Sales Of Talc-Based Baby Powder From 2023
Johnson & Johnson on August 11 said it will terminate global sales of talc-based baby powder in 2023. J&J in 2020 discontinued selling its talc Baby Powder in US and Canada due to demand drop caused by the "misinformation" about the product's safety and a torrent of legal challenges. J&J is facing around 38,000 lawsuits from consumers and their survivors alleging that asbestos exposure in its talc products caused cancer.

Elon Musk Cites Indian Government In Response To Twitter's Lawsuit
In his answer to Twitter's complaint, Elon Musk invoked the Indian government. Musk stated in court that the corporation failed to disclose that it had launched a "risky" lawsuit against the government of Twitter's third-largest market. Twitter is appealing the Indian government's ruling in the Karnataka High Court, claiming that if they comply with the order to restrict material, their India company would be shut down.
