Arsenal Beats Liverpool, Books Quarterfinal Berth In League Cup
Arsenal on October 2 booked a spot in the League Cup quarterfinals after securing a narrow win against Liverpool with a 5-4 penalty shootout. After the 90-minute game ended goal-less, Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno saved two penalties, after which Joe Willock scored a winning penalty.
