Twitter Acquires Top Legal Firm Wachtell To Sue Elon Musk For Terminating Merger Agreement
Twitter is considering taking legal action against Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, for terminating a USD 44 billion merger agreement. As it gets ready to sue Musk, the microblogging platform has acquired the services of the huge New York legal company Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP.
