LGBI Airport

Eleven men dressed in Army's attire were arrested near LGBI airport, Guwahati, on November 17 after failing to prove their legitimacy to the local police. Reportedly, four men initially caught by the patrol team further led to the arrest of seven others from a rented house, where fake IDs and documents were recovered with zero weapons. As per Commissioner Debraj Upadhyay, strict cases of IPC have been registered against the men.
