FSSAI Bats For Baked, Grilled And Steamed Food Over Fried Ones

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), while suggesting ways to control oil intake, stated that baked, grilled and steamed food should be preferred over fried foods. In order to get all essential fatty acids, one must use a combination of oils, the FSSAI added.
