MP Women Slashed Down a Hill To Form Water Path; Resolves Water Scarcity

Women from Madhya Pradesh's Angrotha village cleared a hill for 18 months to form half a kilometre path for the water to stream down into the pond. Due to water scarcity, locals claimed that they are unable to farm, and their livestock are suffering. Ram Ratan Singh Rajput, a resident of the village said, "Currently, the women are working on to remove the stones from the pathway."

Walmart Foundation Offers $4.5 Million Grant To Improve Farmers’ Livelihood in India

Walmart Foundation has announced to spend an amount of $4.5 million (USD) on NGOs- Tanager and PRADAN in-order to help and improve the livelihoods of Indian farmers.
