Man Falls Off Local Train, Into Mumbai Creek: Maharashtra
In a horrific incident, Satish Tayade, a resident of Diva, who was taking his ailing mother to Rajwadi hospital in Ghatkopar via local train, fell into the Mumbai Creek in Thane district. Reportedly, Satish lost balance when the train was passing through the Mumbai Creek bridge and fell. Soon after the incident, a search operation was initiated by fire brigade and police, which is called off due to high tide.

Mumbai Locals To Be Run At 100% Capacity With Restriction
The suburban services in Mumbai will be run at 100% capacity of the pre-pandemic level from October 28 with some restrictions. Reportedly, all the government employees and essential services staffers can board the train. Among the general public, who've received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine can travel after 14 days of the vaccination. People below 18 years of age will be issued a monthly pass for travel.
