Mumbai To Get 8 More Air-Conditioned Local Trains
The Western Railway (WR) is set to introduce eight more air-conditioned local trains in Mumbai on November 22. The new trains will increase the current fleet to 20 trains in the suburban section of the WR. Reportedly, four out of 8 trains will offer services in the ''Up'' and ''Down'' direction, as per PTI. Reportedly, two trains will facilitate the journey of commuters during peak hours.

'Yatri' App Launched To Provide Local Trains' Information In Mumbai
To make the local train journey easier for Mumbaikars, the Mumbai Railways launched the 'Yatri' mobile app. Reportedly, the app provides live announcements, arrival, delays, and technical failures about the trains.
