A fuel tanker explosion in Lokoja, Nigeria has killed atleast 25 people including school students. The incident took place in the early hours of September 23. Reportedly, the driver lost control after the brakes of the tanker failed. Police spokesman Willy Aya stated that several victims were charred so severely that bodies could not be recognized. A video shared online shows huge black fumes erupting from the spot of the explosion.
