Abdullah Farooq Says Lord Ram Is Not Just God Of Hindus

Jammu and Kashmir political leader Abdullah Faruq took a dig at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government for using "Lord Ram" for votes. Addressing the public, Farooq said, " I want to tell you that Lord Ram is not just the god of Hindus, this should be taken off minds. Lord Ram is the god of everyone." Comparing Allah and Ram, Farooq said, "Similarly, Allah is also everyone`s God".

LPU Sacks Professor Over Use Of Derogatory Language Against Lord Ram

Lovely Professional University has sacked a faculty member over alleged use of derogatory language against Lord Ram. The varsity released a statement which read, "We wish to clarify that the views shared by her are absolutely personal." The statement also added that the incident was regretted. LPU Vice-President has shared that the assistant professor was fired on 23rd April with immediate effect.

Saif Ali Khan Wraps Up Shooting For His Next Film 'Adiprush'

T-Series announced that Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has completed the shooting for his next film ''Adiprush' on Instagram on October 9. The film is said to be based on the Hindu epic Ramayana that depicts ''the victory of good over evil''. Khan is playing the role of Lankesh, and Prabhas will be seen as Lord Ram. The film directed by OM Raut will release on August 11, 2022.

PM Modi Will Be Worshipped Like Lord Ram, Krishna: Uttarakhand CM

The newly-appointed Uttarakhand CM, Tirath Singh Rawat, on March 15 said that PM Narendra Modi will be worshipped like Lord Ram and Lord Krishna in the future. CM Rawat went on to claim that Modi, for his works, will be regarded the same as Ram in Dwapar Yuga and Krishna in Treta Yuga. Reflecting on Modi's popularity, the 56-year-old CM asserted that today even the biggest leaders want a photograph with Modi.
