Mumbai-based Pharma Launches Generic Breast Cancer Drug In US
Lupin, a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company, on September 30 announced that it has launched '250mg Lapatinib' tablets in the US. The company stated that the Lapatinib tablets are used for the treatment of patients with 'advanced or metastatic breast cancer', and can also be used for treatment of 'postmenopausal women with positive metastatic breast cancer'.
