Slum Princess Maleesha Kharwa Becomes Face Of Luxury Beauty Brand
Maleesha Kharwa, a 14-year-old girl who hails from Mumbai's Dharavi Slum, has become the face of luxury beauty brand Forest Essentials' new campaign 'The Yuvati Collection'. Maleesha was discovered in Mumbai in 2020 by Hollywood actor Robert Hoffman, who later set up a Go Fund Me Page for the girl. Today, the 14-year-old has over 25,000 followers on Instagram and often adds the hashtag #princessfromtheslum to her posts.

Ralph Lauren Beats Revenue Estimates On Luxury Rebound, Shares Rise
American luxury fashion brand Ralph Lauren raised its share to 10% in the first quarter of the year 2021 after the Covid-19 restrictions were lifted and its demand rose in China and the United States. According to Refinitiv IBES data, Ralph Lauren Corporation's net revenue surged nearly three times to $1.38 billion until June 2021. The company said it expects fiscal 2022 revenue to rise 25% to 30% on a 53-week reported basis.
