Zoologists Discover World’s Smallest Nano-Chameleon; Just 13.5mm Long
Researchers have discovered a new species of chameleon in Africa, touted as the world's smallest reptile. Scientists said the 13.5mm long male chameleon was the smallest male from the 11,500 known non-avian reptiles. Naming the species as 'Brookesia nana', researchers found the female a bit longer. Indian Embassy In Madagascar Goes 'Clean And Green' On Gandhi Jayanti
Celebrating Gandhi Jayanti, Madagascar Prime Minister Christian Ntsay on October 2 inaugurated a solar power plant at the Indian Embassy in Antananarivo. Reportedly, this is the first clean and green Indian Embassy, globally. The Embassy is said to be equipped with a 8KW solar power plant, installed by Vision Madagascar. While lauding the efforts of the Indian embassy, Ntsay said, "India is showing us that it is possible to change."
