Made-In-India iPhones 15 Models Are Expensive In India, Here's Why?

With the launch of iPhone 15 models in India, the recently opened Apple stores in Delhi and Mumbai are seeing crowds of people, especially crazy iPhone lovers. The iPhone 15, is selling for ₹79,900 in India,  iPhone 15 Pro is for ₹1,34,900 whereas the iPhone 15 Pro-Max is available at ₹1,59,900. Despite 'Made-in-India' iPhones are not cheap in India, as major parts are still imported, only assembled in India.

Russian President Putin Praises India's Made In India Initiative, Asks Russian Automakers To Follow

Russian President Vladimir Putin was all praises for PM Narendra Modi and his Made-in-India initiative. Addressing the 8th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) at the Vladivostok port town in Russia, Putin asked the Russian automakers to follow India's Made in India programme for cars in Russia. He said PM Modi did the right thing with Made-in-India. He further said, "We have [Russian-made] automobiles, and we must use them."

First 5G Call In India Tested At IIT Madras Using Domestically Created Technology

Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Union Minister for Railways, Communications, Electronics, and Information Technology, placed the first 5G call on a trial network put up at IIT Madras using domestically produced technology on May 19. The complete end-to-end network, as per the minister, was conceived and constructed in India. He claimed it was an attempt to demonstrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commitment to a self-sufficient India.

Apple iPhone 13 To Be Made In India Now; Check More Details Here

Apple is planning to start the production of iPhone 13 in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu. In addition, Apple's parent company Foxconn is currently making iPhone 12 in Sriperumbudur. The Sriperumbudur plant was closed in December 2021 after 250 workers fell ill with food poisoning. After which, the company had implemented necessary safety measures and fixed loopholes to re-open it in 2022.

Made-In-India Operating System To Rival Android & IOS

The Government of India is planning to build an Operating System (OS) as an alternative to Google's Android and Apple's iOS.
