Air India Passenger Sent To Jail For Unruly Behaviour

Another incident of unruly behaviour by passenger in a flight was reported. In Mumbai, an Air India passenger was sent to jail, after he misbehaved with the crew members and was caught smoking in the flight.  Later, when he was asked to pay bail amount of Rs 25,000, the accused identified as Ratnakar Dwivedi, he refused to pay the cash amount claiming bail amount to be Rs 250.

Devendra Fadnavis Officially Launches BJP Campaign For BMC Elections

Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis, officially launched the BJP Campaign for the upcoming civic polls, on August 20. Taking a dig at the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena, Devendra said, "the BJP, which won a record 82 seats, could have won the mayoral election also. Massive Fire Breaks Out In Nagpur, Police Launches Investigation

In Maharashtra's Nagpur region, a major fire broke out in a residential area on May 9, causing damage to over 100 hutments. Erupted in Mahakali Nagar of the Beltarodi area, the fire, disturbed laborers who lives in the area. As of now, no casualties have been reported, but a minor girl is said to be missing, said police. A case has been registered and an investigation has been launched.

Fire Breaks Out In Passenger Train, No Casualties Reported: Kolhapur

In Maharashtra's Kolhapur station, a massive fire broke out at 10:00 PM, on December 5. A passenger train stationed at Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Terminus reportedly caught fire. Karnataka Govt Issues New COVID Guidelines For Travellers From Maharashtra

Karnataka government on November 8 issued new guidelines for short-time travellers coming from Maharashtra amid the rising daily Covid-19 cases in the neighbouring states.
