Director Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan 1', has grossed a whopping sum of Rs 200 crore worldwide in just three days of release, said makers on October 3. The film, based on eminent writer Kalki's literary classic by the same name, a Magnus Opum's work, by Lyca Productions, in joint production. The critically acclaimed superhit film along with director Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies, had biggest ever opening in Tamil Cinema.
