India Should Boycott Common Weath Games 22: Manu Bhaker

Indian athlete Manu Bhaker said, India should boycott Commonwealth Games 2022. On May 24, the ace pistol player expressed disappointment over the exclusion of shooting  and said, "If we want shooting to be included then I think the Indian team should boycott the tournament and this will make a bold statement." Recently, Manu Bhaker won three gold, two silver medals at ISSF Junior World Cup in Suhl.

ISSF World Cup: Shooter Yashaswini, Bhaker Clinch Gold, Silver Medals

Indian shooter Yashaswini Singh Deswal and Manu Bhaker bagged gold and silver medals respectively on March 20 in the women's 10m air pistol category at the ISSF World Cup. Shooting with a scoreline of 238.8, Deswal stood out from the crowd while Bhaker shot 236.7 to comfortably clinch silver. Meanwhile, Shri Nivetha started well-settled fourth with a score of 193.5. Reportedly, India has won three medals in the tournament.
