Delhi High Court Gives Nod To Virtual Marriage Registration

In the latest development, the Delhi HC has permitted to allow the registration of marriages through virtual presence. The court said, "mandatory presence negates the purpose of enactment of registration order." However, the registration has to be done in the physical presence with all documents including two witnesses.
