Govt Nods DG AFMS To Recruit Ex-Army Med Officers To Aid COVID Crisis
The Defence Ministry has ordered the DG Armed Forces Medical Services to recruit ex-Army Medical Corps/Short Service Commission officers on a contractual basis. Recruited for maximum 11 months, the ex-army will aid the civil administration in its fight with COVID-19 under the 'Tour Of Duty' scheme. Delhi Resumes OPDs, Surgeries At Govt Hospitals As COVID Cases Drop
The Delhi government on January 27 ordered the resumption of all medical services, including OPDs and surgeries, at government and society-run hospitals.
