The Los Angeles Lakers overcame the Miami Heat by beating them 4 games to 2 on October 12 (IST). The final score for Game 6 was 106-93. The Lakers, fuelled by their desire to dedicate this championship to the late Kobe Bryant, were firmly in control despite the Heat battling hard. The duo of Lebron James and Anthony Davis overpowered the Heat. Lebron James was named the Finals MVP.
