Michael Jordan's 1984 Nike Shoes Auctioned For $1,472,000
Michael Jordan's 37-year-old Nike Air Ships was auctioned by Sotheby's in Las Vegas. The pair of 1984 shoes were reported be bought at $1,472,000 by collector, Nick Fiorella on October 24. The red and white sneakers were used by Michael Jordan during his first ever season with the Chicago Bulls. Furthermore, the shoes gained popularity after Jordan started wearing it.

NBA Star Michael Jordan's 1982-83 Match Jersey Auctioned For $1.38 Mn
Former basketball player Michael Jordan's jersey, which he wore during the 1982-83 season at the University of North Carolina, was auctioned for a whopping $1.38 million at an event. The director of the auction agency, Heritage Auctions, on May 8 stated, "We're extremely proud to have shattered records for a Jordan game-worn Jersey." Interestingly Jordan had worn the same Jersey for the cover of Sporting News March 1983 edition.

NASCAR Cup Series: Jordan Ties up with Hamlin to Form a New Team
Basketball player Michael Jordan and Daytona 500 race winner Denny Hamlin formed a new team for the 'NASCAR' cup series with Bubba Wallace as the driver. "This team will open more opportunities for black people in racing," said Jordan. Reportedly, the team will begin racing from 2021 and will reveal the name of the driver, car number, manufacturer, and sponsors soon.
