Lewis Hamilton registers 91st win to equal Michael Schumacher's F1 record
Lewis Hamilton equalled Michael Schumacher's all-time record of 91 Formula-One wins on October 11. Hamilton led the group while Red Bull's Max Verstappen finished second at the Eifel Grand Prix, Nurburgring. Mick Schumacher, the son of Michael Schumacher presented Hamilton with one of his Mercedes race helmets. Michael was the lead man for Mercedes till 2011. Later Hamilton replaced German legend went on a winning spree.

Hamilton Bags His 90th F1 Win; Beats Bottas in Tuscan Grand Prix
On 13 September, Lewis Hamilton won the Tuscan Grand Prix by beating Valterri Bottas and Daniel Ricciardo. With this, Hamilton achieved his 90th Formula One triumph. He can equal Michael Schumacher's record by winning the Russian GP in the next two weeks. The first race to take place on Mugello track was full of accidents as the first seven laps saw two crashes due to which six drivers went out.

Lewis Hamilton Clinches 89th Career Win At The Belgian Grand Prix
Lewis Hamilton on August 30 won the Belgian Grand Prix and clinched his 89th career win. The world champion led every lap, and defeated his Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas by 8 seconds and Red Bull's Max Verstappen by 15 seconds. With winning 5 races out of 7, Hamilton is just two short of Michael Schumacher's record tally of 91 victories. Hamilton dedicated his win to the late actor Chadwick Boseman.
