Union Minister Rajnath Singh Unveils 75 New AI-Powered Defence Equipments
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh unveiled 75 newly created Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies on July 11 at the Ministry of Defence's first-ever "AI in Defence" (AIDef) conference and exhibition in New Delhi. The Raksha Mantri launched a print and electronic edition of the book including information about these 75 products. Rajnath Singh praised the efforts, calling AI a revolutionary milestone in the evolution of mankind.

Defence Ministry Grants Rs 1,349.95 Crore Contract To Mahindra
The Center has handed over a Rs 1,349.95 crore contract to Mahindra and Mahindra's group firm Mahindra Defence Systems Limited (MDS). Under the contract, Mahindra will produce Anti- Submarine Warfare Defence Suite (IADS) for modern warships for the Indian Navy. Defence Ministry to Archive & Declassify War Histories For Academic Research

CAG Disagrees With Upgradation Of 56 Mi-17 Helicopters, Calls It Unproductive
CAG stated that retrofitting 56 Mi-17 helicopters of the Indian Air Force is not a sound decision.
