North Korea Alleges USA Of Double Standards; Fires Missile Off East Coast

As per the South Korean military, North Korea fired a missile towards the sea off its east coast on September 28. The launch was before North Korea's UN envoy asked the US to abandon its hostile stance toward Pyongyang. North Korea's UN envoy Kim Song stated the nation was strengthening its defences and that if US stopped its hostile policies, it would react "willingly at any time" to proposals of discussions.
