New Parliament Building Is Ready, Special Session To Be Held Here Soon
Ahead of the special Parliament session scheduled to start on September 18, a rehearsal is being undertaken during last three days before the session called by the government during 'Amrit Kaal', with both the new and old Parliament buildings made completely ready. According to government sources, for the special Parliament session, rehearsal was done for one day in the old building and two days in the new building.

Rajya Sabha Passes Three Farm Laws Repeal Bill 2021 In Parliament Session
Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, on November 29, tabled the Three Farm Laws Repeal Bill, 2021, which was passed by Rajya Sabha. With this, the bill has officially been approved by the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and will now be sent to the President for his assent. The bill is termed as a winning moment for the farmers who protested against the three farm laws for a year.

Union Govt Invites Bids For Strategic Disinvestment Of BEML
The Centre has invited bids for the strategic disinvestment of BEML Ltd. Out of its 54.03% stake in BEML's total equity share, the government has invited bids to sell 26% stake. It will also transfer "management control" of the company to the successful bidder. Police Slam Farmers' Protest 'Hero' with Attempt to Murder Case
Navdeep Singh, son of the leader of Haryana's farmers' body has been charged with attempt to murder for turning-off a water cannon. Touted as a hero of the protest, Navdeep climbed onto the cannon which was being used by the police to disperse farmers. The 26-year-old student turned farmer said, he had all the rights to voice against the "anti-people policies". He further stated that he turned off the tap as it was "hurting" the farmers.
