Madrasa Owner Molests Minor Student In Indore: Madhya Pradesh
In Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, a 50-year-old owner of a Madrasa has been arrested for allegedly molesting a 15-year-old girl student, informed police on October 10. The two sons of the accused have also been booked after they allegedly assaulted the girl’s kin who went to complain about the matter. According to the complaint, the accused called the victim to a separate room and touched her inappropriately.

Thane Man Arrested For Molesting Woman, Investigation Underway
In Maharashtra, Thane, a 43-year-old man has been arrested for molesting a woman on the school premises, confirmed local police. As per the complaint of the victim, the accused identified as Fiaz Lalmia Sayyed allegedly touched her inappropriately, when she was waiting to pick up her twin daughters and was waiting at the hallway. A case under section 354 of the IPC has been registered with the police.

Mumbai Police Arrests 1 For Alleged Molestation Of Minor, Investigation Underway
In Mumbai's Dindoshi area, a man was arrested for alleged molestation of a 13-year-old minor, confirmed police on May 29. The incident happened when the victim was alone at home and tried to molest her, when protested, the accused threatened to kill her. The victim's parents registered an FIR with Dindoshi Police, immediately. A case has been registered under sections of the IPC, POCSO, and an investigation is underway.

British Woman Molested At Bandra Club, Police Arrests 1 Accused
In Mumbai's Bandra region, Ghanshyam Lalchand Yadav (35) has been booked for allegedly molesting a British woman (44) at a club, confirmed police on May 6. The official said, "When the woman went to the washroom around 11.30 pm, the 35-year-old accused molested her. She returned to her table and narrated the incident to her husband and friends". Disabled Girl Assaulted In WB's Jalpaiguri District, Accused Arrested
The West Bengal police arrested a man for allegedly molesting a disabled girl in the Jalpaiguri district on April 26. Woman Molested In Auto-rickshaw, Registers Case Against 2 Including Driver
In Madhya Pradesh's Bhopal, a molestation case was registered against two people including an auto-rickshaw driver, said police on April 23. A 20-year-old woman registered the case, accusing her two co-passengers of molesting her the driver for helping them by not stopping the vehicle, despite her repeated request, following which she jumped from the auto. The incident happened on April 20 and an investigation into the matter is underway.
