PM Modi Says, Nit Far When India Will Have Spacecraft To Travel Moon

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said the government has drawn up a roadmap for the development of space sector and that day was not far when an Indian will travel to the Moon in an indigenously built spacecraft. PM said, India’s Gaganyaan will soon ferry Indian astronauts to space and the country also plans to establish its own space station. "We have drawn a strong roadmap till 2040."

Vikram Lander Shares Image Of Moon Surface After Landing Smooth

India's Chandrayaan-3 has landed near the Moon's south pole. The successful Moon mission has made India the fourth country to achieve a soft landing on the lunar surface after the US, China, and the erstwhile Soviet Union, and the first to land a craft near the Moon's south pole. The lander Vikram captured several images of the lunar surface during the power descent, showing a portion of the landing site.

Chandrayaan 3 Launch, Indian Mission To Take Halt At Moon

ISRO is finally ready to launch Chandrayaan 3, the third attempt to make a smooth landing on the surface of the Moon. The operation for the launch started on July 13, 1:05 P.M., with a countdown of 25-hours, 30-minutes. the countdown will be used to fill the rockets with cryogenic fuel and the under the ISRO team.
