Twin Blast In Pakistan's Khyber Pakthunkhwa And Balochistan; 55 Died Several Injured

In Pakistan's twin blasts on September 29, over 56 people died and as many as hundreds were injured. While the first blast occurred in Balochistan, at a social gathering, the second blast happened at a mosque in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region within hours. At the mosque, people gathered and were celebrating Prophet Mohammad's birthday, when a suicide bomber blast occurred, a day after Pakistan officials killed an ISIS Terrorist.

Afghanistan Explosion Near Mosque Leaves 3 Injured

In an explosion in Afghanistan, at least three people were injured, confirmed sources.  The explosion occurred near the Imam Abu Hanifa mosque in Afghanistan’s Faryab province on February 8. The incident took place after an explosive, placed on a parked motorcycle nearby, went off. The details of the attack are yet to be known and security personnel has reached the area to control the situation.

Explosion In Kabul Mosque Kills 20 People, 40 Severely Injured

Another massive explosion has been reported in a mosque in Kabul, Afghanistan, on August 17. The blast happened after the evening prayers killed 20 people and left over 40 injured, confirmed local media. This is the third such explosion in the past two weeks, despite the claims of the Taliban, that the situation in Kabul, Afghanistan is under control. Notably, no terrorist outfit has claimed responsibility for the explosion.

Devotees Offer Prayers Together At Temple, Mosque With Common Entrance In Kanpur

Amid a fresh wave of communal violence across India, devotees in Kanpur are sending out a message of religious harmony. In Kanpur's Tatmil Chowk, a Hanuman temple and a mosque share one common entrance. A temple priest shared, "Aarti and Azaan take place with cooperation of both communities." Owaisi, who also visits the mosque to offer prayers, says that there is a sense of brotherhood among all the devotees there.

Palestinians Throw Stones At Israeli Police In Jerusalem; 152 Injured In Clash, 100 Arrested

A group of Palestinians instigated a clash with the Israeli police, as they started pelting stones at the officials, on April 15. The incident occurred in the Al-Aqsa mosque compound at Jerusalem. Reportedly, over 152 Palestinians sustained injuries in the clash, and "hundreds" of suspects have been arrested. Also, Palestinian men who wore masks and wielded Hamas flags, injured at least three police officials, reported PTI.

Grenade Thrown At Worshippers Inside Pul-e-Khishti Mosque In Afghanistan; 6 Injured

In a tragic incident, a hand grenade was hurled at worshippers in Pul-e-Khishti Mosque, at Afghanistan's capital city of Kabul, on April 6. The hand grenade caused an explosion, which injured six worshippers. The area has been cordoned off by security forces of Taliban, and one suspect has been arrested. In a similar incident, on April 3, a hand grenade thrown at people in Kabul, injured 59 and killed one.

A local court in Mathura hearing a plea for shifting the Shahi Idgah mosque near the Lord Krishna's Katra Keshav Dev temple imposed a fine on the petitioners’ counsel. The fine of Rs 250 was for seeking an adjournment of the proceeding.
