In a bizarre incident, a man got married to his own sister at a mass marriage event. The marriage allegedly was to obtain Rs 35,000 under the ''Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivaah Yojana'' scheme, in Uttar Pradesh's Tundla. The event is conducted by the social welfare department.
