A native of Mankhurd in East Mumbai, the owner Mansukh Hiren has allegedly killed himself after a probe was ordered regarding the vehicle. A special POCSO Act court in Mumbai has held that flashing private parts is a crime even if no physical harm is caused. It further stated that any indecent behaviour which makes a girl feel ashamed, agonized, disturbed or scars her mind is unacceptable. The special court was hearing a case of a 17-year-old girl who was flashed by a 29-year-old man in 2016. The court has sentenced the man for one-year imprisonment.
