Indian multinational conglomerate Muthoot Group's chairman MG George breathed his last on March 6 in New Delhi. A third-generation businessman from his family, the 72-year-old George succeeded his parents to become chairman of the esteemed group. Besides, he was one among the six Malayalees in Forbe's richest Indian list in 2019. He was also a prominent member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
